Birds Unite Us!

Hundreds of thousands of migratory birds will pass through our region this spring.

Some will remain in the forests of Pennsylvania or off the coast of Maryland to nest and breed. Others will continue north after resting and refueling along our shorelines and streambanks, and in our urban and suburban areas.

Take the Audubon Mid-Atlantic Pledge and join fellow bird lovers who are taking action for birds this spring.

Plant five native plants at home or in my community.

Relocate bird feeders & birdbaths so they’re within 3 feet of a window or farther than 30ft.

Move interior plants away from windows that aren’t bird-friendly.

Participate in a stream clean-up.

Attend two programs at the John James Audubon Center.

Attend two programs at The Discovery Center.
