Henrietta started as the Coastal Program Manager with Audubon Mid-Atlantic in March 2023. Her interest in the intersection of land and sea started from a young age and lead her to pursue a BS in Ecology from the University of East Anglia, England, and later an MS in Fish & Wildlife Conservation from Virginia Tech, USA. Her studies of water birds, and other species, have taken her throughout Europe and the United States. In her role as Coastal Program Manager, she works in collaboration with the Coastal Program Director to design and implement a Maryland-wide saltmarsh restoration plan and support ongoing monitoring of coastal bird species. Henrietta has worked along the Eastern Seaboard since 2015 and brings skills in bird and plant monitoring, specifically with threatened and endangered species, geospatial analyses, science communication, and project management. Henrietta strongly believes in the power of partnerships to achieve conservation goals.
