Susie Creamer

Director, Baltimore Program

Susie Creamer is director of Audubon’s Baltimore urban conservation program, where she and the team restore migratory bird habitat through meaningful community collaboration. Before Audubon, Susie managed education programs at Irvine Nature Center, taught Earth & Environmental Science at St. Paul’s School for Girls, and served as an environmental education Peace Corps Volunteer in Paraguay. Susie has a BS in biology from Washington and Lee University and an MS in environmental science and policy from Johns Hopkins University. She enjoys speaking to groups, including a keynote presentation at a conference hosted by the Ministry of Education in Panama and a group of Audubon community partners in Colombia. Susie was named by Baltimore magazine in 2018 as a Baltimore Visionary, in 2020 as a Baltimore Game Changer, and in 2021 as one of 30 Women Shaping Baltimore’s Future. Susie has been at Audubon since 2010.

Audubon Maryland-DC and Audubon Pennsylvania have joined forces to become Audubon Mid-Atlantic.
