Learn how to transform your home, school, work, or community space into a bird and butterfly paradise! Audubon experts will share practical tips and scientific support for gardening with native plants and making our neighborhoods more resilient. We will use the library grounds to demonstrate a sample landscape design, exploring the resources needed to beautify your outdoor space and attract birds, butterflies, and other beneficial wildlife!
FREE but space is limited and registration is required. Light refreshments will be provided. Email baltimore@audubon.org with questions.
Event directions: You can enter the community meeting room on the basement level of the library using the ramp on the north side of the building. There is also a mobility lift from the main floor of the library. There is no parking lot, but free street parking is available on Falls Road or 37th Street. Bike parking available at the building. The library is accessible by Bus 94 and is 0.5 miles from the Woodberry light rail station.
