Join Mariah McClam at the Discovery Center for an interactive session that brings families together through playful poses, mindfulness, and connection that is designed for all ages and abilities. Afterwards, you can connect with nature by using Audubon’s resources like binoculars, plant guides, scavenger hunts, etc. All resources are located in the Visitor’s Center.

Ms. Mariah is a certified children yoga instructor for more than 10 years, pursuing her mission of providing tools for emotional regulation and well-being, nurturing children’s confidence, creativity and physical health. Family Yoga is free, but donations are encouraged to help support and grow Little Yoga Squad’s community programs. Any contribution is greatly appreciated and will go towards expanding their offerings for families and children. Donations are accepted in person, before or after the session.
