Join The Discovery Center for our annual birding kick-off for 2025! Every  winter, dozens of bird species make their way south. The Mid-Atlantic area, and a spot like the Discovery Center, is a perfect wintering respite for them!

Join us as we pull out the spot scopes, break out the coffee and hot chocolate, and kick off the year with a birding tour of the Strawberry Mansion Reservoir.

Binoculars available for loan. We will have warming stations, but bring your outdoor gear!
